The Fred C. Tucker, Sr. Award is the highest award presented at the banquet. It honors the individual who best exemplifies the highest standards and time-honored traditions initiated by the company’s founder. The recipient should possess judgment, courage, patience and vision; be dedicated and loyal to the company and involved in the community; and excel in the performance of duties as well as in relationships with clients and associates.

It’s truly an honor to close out our awards celebration today by naming the 2025 Fred C. Tucker, Senior Award winner.
Today’s honoree embodies all the hallmarks of this award. This person is known to virtually everyone here as someone who exhibits outstanding dedication and loyalty.
If you ask anyone who works closely with this honoree, they will speak of patience. They will comment on his quiet leadership and his incredibly gracious spirit as well as his obvious and immense talent.
Always one willing to mentor staff, develop a rough idea into a masterpiece, and share his vast knowledge of his craft. His fingerprints are truly on everything at Tucker—from major branding campaigns to the thousands of hand-drawn caricatures, Christmas cards, and birthday cards he has diligently produced for agents and staff over the years. These personal touches have fostered deep loyalty and warmth within our company culture.
His history with the Tucker Company is unmatched. He began in April of 1990 with the job title of Desktop Publisher and was later promoted to Senior Art Director. He has led the design team and served as their chief technologist. He has used his talents to help transform his department into the asset it is today.
His vision is woven into the very fabric of our corporate identity. He is the creative mind behind our iconic company logo and the creator of our beloved mascot, Mr. T. His judgment has guided the Tucker brand through decades of evolution, ensuring that while we modernize, we never lose the “time-honored tradition” that defines us. He has a unique ability to see the “spirit” of the company and translate it into a visual language that resonates with agents and clients alike.
Beyond the office walls, his excellence is recognized throughout Indiana. An alumnus of the Herron School of Art, he has served as President of both the Southside Art League and the Herron Alumni Association. His award-winning sculptures and drawings have been featured in the Hoosier Salon and the Indiana State Fair, bringing further prestige to the Tucker name through his personal accomplishments.
This person is a steadfast staple of the F.C. Tucker Company. He has spent three decades documenting our history and shaping our future with his pen, his heart, and his unwavering loyalty.
How fitting, that today as we stand in this place of art and beauty we have the privilege of honoring him.
Please join me in congratulating the 2025 Fred C. Tucker Award winner…
